1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the 33bnm platform — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or fishing arcade — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease using the platform immediately.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between 33bnm and you as a user. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. 33bnm reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of 33bnm or any of its partner companies.

33bnm reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm a user's eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on 33bnm. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• Notify 33bnm support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account details promptly if your personal information changes.

33bnm will never contact you to request your password. Any such request should be treated as a fraudulent attempt and reported to our support team at [email protected].

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

All financial transactions on 33bnm are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support a range of local payment methods designed for the Bangladeshi market, ensuring fast and reliable fund transfers for players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, and all other regions of Bangladesh.

The following rules govern all financial activity on your account:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a deposit on the same account.
• 33bnm reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal, except where a specific bonus has a higher wagering requirement.

33bnm does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment account or mobile wallet registered in the name of the 33bnm account holder. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 33bnm offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms. General rules that apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise include the following:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The specific rollover amount is stated on each promotion page.
• 33bnm reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds where abuse of the promotions system is suspected.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the designated game(s) and expire within the time period stated in the promotion details.

Players who attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, collusion, or any other method designed to circumvent the wagering requirement will have their bonuses forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

6. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Attempting to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or exploit the platform for any fraudulent financial purpose.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or glitches for monetary gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language, threatening behaviour, or any form of misconduct directed at 33bnm staff or other players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on 33bnm — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, sound effects, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 33bnm or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 33bnm platform without express prior written consent from 33bnm. Unauthorized use of 33bnm intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
